Announcing Solid Talent: A New Chapter in Specialist CAD & Design Recruitment

After more than a decade in the CAD and engineering recruitment industry, I’m excited to announce the launch of Solid Talent — a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to helping companies build and grow high-performing design teams across the UK.

For those who know my background, this marks an important new chapter. I originally founded Solid People, one of the UK’s leading CAD recruitment and design engineering recruitment firms. After years of growth, Solid People was acquired by Solid Solutions, enabling them to integrate specialist recruitment services into their world-class CAD software ecosystem.

Following that chapter, and with enormous experience gained supporting hundreds of engineering and manufacturing companies, I’m proud to step back into the space with a fresh, independent offering: Solid Talent.
